Come along to my immersive, indulgent, free-flowing Vinyasa Flow Yoga classes. Whether you are a complete beginner or advanced yogi, there's a class suitable for EVERYBODY!
Yoga is an ever growing philosophy that helps us to establish a connection between mind and body. It's not just a fitness class - Yoga is so much more! With our lives becoming more and more chaotic, keeping up with the fast paced society we live in can be a challenge. Yoga helps us to strip everything back, and reconnect with ourselves on a deeper level, by using movements, breath work and meditative practices.
Yoga Chak classes will help Yogi’s to connect with their true self and allow them the freedom to explore their measure. We want everyone to enjoy being part of our community and as a result feel empowered in their Yoga practice and daily lives.
This is a mixed abilities class, suitable for all levels of yoga practitioner. A typical Vinyasa Flow Yoga class creates flowing sequences of movement, sycronised with the breath and that's exactly what we do in these sessions! This class is slightly more energetic, giving focus to flowing movements and transitions in a mindful way, whilst developing strength and improving our flexibility. Yoga students will feel completely immersed in their practice.
All classes give focus to centering breath work, asana (movements) and relaxation/meditation at the end.
Using my carefully crafted, home made, 100% natural aromatic room sprays to create a total sensory experience, you will emerge from this class feeling as though you've spent 75 minutes on a mini-yoga retreat!
A mixed abilities class, also suitable for the complete beginner. Similar to our Vinyasa Flow class, but we take the pace much slower so that we can explore our postures and transitions in greater detail, allowing the student to have a more mindful and meditative practice.
Students will build confidence with their Vinyasa Yoga by establishing the foundations of yoga postures, and building gentle sequences to still enjoy a flowing style of Yoga. All classes give focus to calming breath work, asana (movements) and relaxation/meditation at the end.
Using my carefully crafted, home made, 100% natural aromatic room sprays to create a total sensory experience, you will emerge from this class feeling as though you've spent 75 minutes on a mini-yoga retreat!
A chance to grab a few moments to yourself, to relax, unwind and establish a sense of calm in the middle of the week. Using a combination of breathing practices, sense withdrawal, intense focus & meditation, students will begin to develop a sense of Self and self-awareness. Learning how to observe the mind and developing the skill of stilling the fluctuations of the mind to find enlightenment and inner peace.
Online or In-Person, from the comfort of your own home. 1-2-1 sessions are great for those looking to deepen their knowledge of Yoga and take it at a pace that suits them. Sessions are individually tailored to the client's needs, so you can get the most out of your yoga practice.
With the Covid virus still lingering in the UK, it’s important that we all play our part to help minimise the spread and do what we can to stay safe, even in our yoga classes, so the setup might be a little different to what we were once used to.
Unfortunately, we cannot provide students with a yoga mat in class, so it is important that you bring your own.
All other equipment, such as blocks, bricks, straps and blankets I am now able to provide. Any equipment used will be disinfected after each use and blankets are cleaned every week.
If you would prefer to bring your own equipment, props and blankets, please do so. I’ve provided you with a little checklist on the next slide, so you know exactly what to bring to your yoga class.
Not everything on this list is compulsory, however you will definitely need to bring a Yoga Mat to class. If you do not have a mat, unfortunately you will not be able to participate in my yoga classes.
I’m sure it goes without saying, but if you feel sick or unwell at all, please do not come to class. You can always reschedule for another session.
If you have recently been in contact with someone who has contracted the virus, please do not attend classes until the suitable quarantine period has been completed.
Please respect your fellow yogis and teacher at all times.
If you have any questions or queries at all, please reach out to me on email or by phone and I will be happy to discuss these with you.
Lucy managed to transform the way I was feeling mentally and physically in our first class.
Her classes are very different from what I've experienced in the gym and I can see the time and attention she puts into her lessons.

I feel much more in control of my body. The niggles and pains I had in my lower back quickly stopped after a few classes.
Highly recommended for anyone interested in Vinyasa or any style of yoga.
